The 80 participants from “Promociona” will follow an academic program over 5 months in an intensive schedule compatible with their work schedule.
Each module consists of four days from Monday to Thursday full time.
Subjects from the areas mentioned bellow will be taught. The program is complemented with online training activities and a network of activities and networking oriented to get the full potential out of female Directives.
